Strictly Come Dancing returns to BBC One this Saturday (18 September), and the celebrity contestants taking part in this year's series of the ballroom dance competition have been busy preparing by getting the infamous 'Strictly spray tan'.
The Great British Bake Off's John Whaite has been busy showing off the results of his fake bake on Instagram in a tiny Calvin Klein thong, but fellow contestants Adam Peaty and Tom Fletcher have fallen foul of Instagram's nudity policy after sharing a rather more racy snap.
Olympic swimmer Peaty, who added two gold medals to his collection at the Tokyo Games earlier this summer, shared a naked snap to Instagram of himself fresh out of the tanning booth with nothing but a carefully placed hand from Tom Fletcher to protect his modesty.
The picture's Instagram lifespan was short-lived, however, after Peaty revealed the social media platform had removed the image.
The sportsman shared a picture of a violation message which read: "Your photo was removed. We removed your photo because it goes against our Community Guidelines on nudity or sexual activity."
Adam wrote: "Great, removed for sexual activity! Mad how Instagram get to decide what I upload and what I don’t. Community guidelines should be your community."
Thankfully, Peaty decided to persevere, posting the image to Twitter instead.
Meanwhile, McFly star Tom Fletcher - who famously joined his bandmates in disrobing for Attitude back in 2010 - shared his own behind the scenes picture of himself post-tan holding the underwear he'd worn for the spraying.

"The Strictly spray tans have begun…and yes, I wore these @bbcstrictly," wrote Fletcher.
