RuPaul's Drag Race is getting a celebrity spin-off series

We can't wait to see how this turns out.

RuPaul's Drag Race is adding another entry into its rapidly expanding empire with a new celebrity spin-off series.

Set to premiere in 2020, RuPaul's Celebrity Drag Race will see some of the show's most iconic queens re-enter the workroom to give famous faces a drag makeover as they compete for a special celebrity crown.

Each episode will see three celebs battle it out for prize money to donate to a charity of their choice after being initiated into the world of drag by an All Stars-worthy line-up of queens.

Drag Race legends returning for the celebrity series are Alyssa Edwards, Asia O'Hara, Bob The Drag Queen, Kim Chi, Monét X Change, Monique Heart, Nina West, Trinity The Tuck, Trixie Mattel, and Vanessa 'Vanjie' Matteo.

RuPaul said: "Doing drag does not change who you are, it reveals who you are.
