Paloma Faith wins Attitude Music Award 2014  

paloma newPaloma Faith has won the Attitude Music Award 2014, supported by Smirnoff. The 33-year-old singer was presented with the award by singer-songwriter John Grant at tonight’s ceremony at Banqueting House in Whitehall, London. Earlier in the evening, she performed a rousing rendition of Only Love Can Hurt Like This at the event, which is being hosted by Scissor Sisters star Ana Matronic. The Hackney-born artist has enjoyed her best year yet since releasing her third album, A Perfect Contradiction, in March. The album’s second single, Only Love Can Hurt Like This, has now racked up nearly six months on the UK’s Official Singles Chart, while her recent collaboration with drum and bass duo Sigma, Changing, reached Number One. She has also announced an extensive UK arena tour for next March – check out the full list of dates here.
