Lady Gaga has revealed the release date of her new album Chromatica.

After the long-awaited release of 'Stupid Love' on Friday (February 28), Gaga has now revealed the release date of her sixth studio album and it's sooner than expected!

Posting on Twitter, Gaga announced she will be releasing the new album on April 10.

She wrote: "Welcome to “Chromatica”, coming April 10. Pre-order now http://smarturl.it/Chromatica

"This is not the album cover but we made it for you to enjoy in the meantime"

'Chromatica' is executive produced by BloodPop® and Lady Gaga. Pre-order, pre-add, pre-save on all music platforms now!

The album will be available in a variety of physical formats including standard CD, various vinyl colors, and cassette.

And Gaga has also launched brand new merchandise and an exclusive vinyl colour, available here.

Last week, the 'Shallow' singer dropped the video - which sees her serving full choreo with various tribes in a dustopian future - for 'Stupid Love' following a week of teasers, and Mother Monstar didn't disappoint.
