Jennifer Saunders and Joanne Lumley, who revealed that her
Ab Fab character Patsy is transgender, kicked off Pride in London by cutting the rainbow ribbon.
According to the Metro, the
Absolutely Fabulous stars posed with a giant pop made of two vodka bottles and a pair of lips to mark the upcoming release of the
Ab Fab film.

The event, which marked its 43rd year, took place yesterday in London and included a minute's silence to remember the victims of Orlando.
Security during the parade had tightened after the Orlando shooting which left 49 dead. But
two London officers made the day special by proposing to their partners during the parade.
Jennifer Saunders took to Twitter after the parade to thank
Ab Fab fans.
She wrote, "So proud to have cut the rainbow ribbon of Pride London. Love all you Eddys and Patsys. Be proud! #Pride2016".
The
Absolutely Fabulous movie will be in cinemas from July 1.
