Three years after her pitch perfect pop record Emotion cemented Carly Rae Jepsen's place in the gay music Hall of Fame, the queen of f**king everything is finally back.
The 'Run Away With Me' singer, 32, unveiled brilliantly infectious new single 'Party For One' on Thursday (1 November) - alongside a typically joyous (and occasionally eye-poppingly inappropriate) video, directed by Bardia Zeinali.
An ode to self-love (yes, in every sense), 'Party For One' is the first single to be lifted from Jepsen's upcoming fourth studio album, expected for release in 2019.
"To me ‘Party For One’ is an anthem of what it is to celebrate time with yourself, which is a hard thing for people to really enjoy sometimes, and it's something I’m learning to do more and more," says Jepsen.
"This song represents a lot of what this album is about for me which is romantic love but self-love too."
