'Black Mirror' season 5 trailer sees Miley Cyrus and Andrew Scott make unsettling series debuts

Prepare for a fresh wave of paranoia every time you reach for that smartphone, because we're just a couple of weeks away from Black Mirror season 5.

The new series of Charlie Brooker's dystopian drama series are set to land on Netflix on 5 June, and stars including Miley Cyrus and Andrew Scott are among those starring in three new stories about the perils of modern culture and technology.

The newly-released trailer appears to show Fleabag star Scott embarking on a rampage after being driven to distraction by the handset-obessed world around him, while former Hannah Montana star Cyrus plays a singer who undergoes a transformation for the sake of her career.

Joining the pair in Black Mirror season 5 will be Anthony Mackie, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Topher Grace, Damson Idris, Nicole Beharie, Pom Klementieff, Angourie Rice, Madison Davenport and Ludi Lin.
