cover star Thom Evans is reportedly being lined up for the next series of Strictly Come Dancing
The rugby star-turned-model is said to have been approached to appear on the long-running BBC show this autumn - after he reportedly turning down a spot on the dance contest last year.
"It’s the second year in a row Thom has been approached by Strictly bosses," a show 'insider' apparently told The Sun
"Last year he turned down their offer because he was in a relationship with US actress Jessica Lowndes. It’s different this year after the couple split in October. Thom looks likely to sign in the next few weeks."
"There is no doubt he would make housewives pick up the phone to vote," added the 'insider'.
Other celebrities tipped to be appearing on the new series include former Coronation Street
actress Michelle Collins, Andy Murray’s mother Judy Murray, TV presenter Caroline Flack, and DJs Greg James and Dave Berry.
The next series of Strictly Come Dancing
will air on BBC One this Autumn.
