On September 30th, the charities London Friend and Pace are launching the Big Gay 10k. Taking in some
of London’s most well-known sights, it's a sponsored 10k walk - so don't worry, you don't have to run - is open to absolutely everyone. The event starts and finishes at
Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens and culminates in a big celebratory Fete. Apparently, it's the only place in the UK where you’ll find a drag tarot reader and bearded bingo caller. We'll take their word for it!
300 people are already registered to run, walk, or hobble the route, and it's really easy to register. The charity are also interested in hearing from people who would like to be stewards and helpers on the day.
