Music streaming service Deezer has partnered with premier gay music festival, Summer Rites, which takes place in Shoreditch Park on 2 September 2012. Summer Rites is the ultimate gay clubbing experience with a variety of stages featuring amazing music and DJ sets from the best promoters, breakout clubs, drag legends, live acts and internationally renowned clubs including XXL, Salvation, Tranny Shack, East Bloc, Gutterslut and many more. Headline acts will include New York’s finest, Amanda Lepore and Cazwell as well as acts such as Adamski and I Am A Camera.

The Deezer Summer Rites partnership will include a Deezer embeddable player, hosted on Summer Rites, which will include a playlist of Summer Rites recommended artists and DJs. Deezer embeddable players play music instantly, directly from the page with no need to open a separate tab or requiring the user to download any software. The partnership will also include a free to listen to Summer Rites radio channel and a dedicated Summer Rites page on Deezer.com. Summer Rites users will gain access to a 15-day free Deezer trial when using the Deezer player for the first time. Deezer will also be running Summer Rites ticket competitions in the run up to the event and will have an exclusive allocation of early bird special Summer Rites tickets, where Deezer users will be able to purchase tickets at a special price.
