CHARITY EVENT AT VOLUPTE BAR

You know that Volupte bar? Volupte? That gorgeous bar with a sugary sweet cocktail twist, just around the corner from Chancery Lane? Steady on, you're not their marketing department. But yes, them. What about them? They have a weekly night called Thursgay. Is it on Wednesday? *Sigh* I'll behave. Anyway, 26th of this month, they're hosting a charity night. Who for? The Albert Kennedy Trust. They support LGBT young people are homeless, or living in a hostile environment. That doesn't sound like toe-tapping fun. That's where you're wrong. They're raising with cabaret with singing sensation Beverley Stone. 50% of all proceeds will be donated to aforementioned good cause. Nice. Anything else I should know? £3 from every cocktail will go to the charity, and there is in fact a new cocktail themed on Marilyn Monroe. I'm there.
